Peter O’Connor, Non-Executive Chairman

Mr O’Connor has extensive global experience in the funds management industry, and has worked with public and private companies in developed and emerging economies. He was co-founder, director and deputy chairman of IMS Selection Management Ltd, which had $10 billion under management or advice from 1998-2008. Following the sale of IMS to BNP Paribas in 2008, he was deputy chairman of FundQuest UK Ltd, with $10 billion under management. FundQuest globally had $35 billion of assets under management from 2008-2010.

Mr O’Connor has been a Non-Executive Director of ASX 100 company Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX: NST) since 2012, during which NST has grown its market cap significantly to $9 billion. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Blue Ocean Monitoring Limited.

Duncan Craib, Managing Director & CEO

Mr Craib has served as Finance Director to Swakop Uranium (Pty) Ltd from 2012 to 2016 where he was heavily involved in the US$2.5 billion development and construction of its world class Husab uranium mine in Namibia. Husab is currently being commissioned and once in production will be one of the largest mining and processing uranium projects in the world mining 150Mt on an annual basis and generating 15Mt of ore to produce 15Mlbs of uranium oxide.

Prior to 2012, Duncan served in London as CFO and Company Secretary to Kalahari Minerals Plc under the chairmanship of Mark Hohnen, and CFO of Universal Coal Plc.

Bryn Jones, Technical Director

Adelaide-based Mr Jones (MMinEng) is an industrial chemist and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), with more than 20 years of experience in the Australian uranium industry. He has worked in all aspects of the mining cycle, particularly in uranium in-situ recovery (ISR) and mine development and production.

Mr Jones spent nearly 10 years in roles with ISR uranium producer Heathgate Resources, owned by USbased nuclear company General Atomics. Heathgate is the owner and operator of the Beverley and Beverley North Uranium Mines in South Australia, Australia’s only other producing ISR uranium mine.

Most recently he has been Chief Operating Officer of Canadian-based uranium developer Laramide Resources (ASX/TSX: LAM, OTC: LMRXF). Laramide has a portfolio of uranium US-based assets, and Australian project interests

Dudley Kingsnorth, Non-Executive Director

Mr Kingsnorth has extensive executive experience in the international mining sector including positions with Bechtel, Alcoa, Shell (Billiton), Rio Tinto, Ashton Mining and at the Greenbushes lithium mine in WA. His career includes a focus on comprehensive management of process development, project feasibility studies and project development through to successful mine start-up.

Bryn Jones, Technical Director

Sashi Davies, Strategic & Marketing

Ms Davies has over 35 distinguished years of experience in the international uranium sector. She has extensive marketing expertise and an in-depth uranium knowledge base, having developed long-lasting relationships with international utilities and off-takers.

Ms Davies served the past five years with the CGN Group and from 2014 to June 2017 as General Manager of CGN Global Uranium Ltd. Its principal shareholder, China General Nuclear Power Corporation, is the largest nuclear power operator in China and the largest nuclear power constructor worldwide. Prior to this role Ms Davies was Head of Marketing for Extract Resources Ltd.

During this period Ms Davies formed strong and successful working relationships with both the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Boss, Messrs Mark Hohnen and Duncan Craib.

Marat Abzalov, Geology & In-situ Recovery

Dr Abzalov is a geologist with over 30 years’ post-graduate geology experience. This includes 9 years with WMC Resources Limited where his last role was as Geology Manager – Projects and also 9 years with Rio Tinto Limited, where his roles included Manager – Geostatistics and Exploration Manager – New Opportunities, Exploration manager for Rio Tinto Eurasia with extensive experience in Kazakhstan uranium projects.

He is currently the Executive Director of Primary Gold Limited (ASX: PGO), which is developing the Mount Bundy Gold Project in the Northern Territory and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Matador Mining Ltd.

Keith Bowes, Project and Metallurgical

Mr Bowes is a process engineer with 20 years’ experience in metallurgy, project management and operations. He has worked in Africa, South America and Australia for the major mining houses on projects and plants covering a wide range of commodities and processes. He has been involved in a number of technology developments and has successfully incorporated these into various projects and operating plants.

The team’s core skills are the analysis, due diligence, planning and development of metallurgical projects and process technologies in Australia and internationally.
